Flawed Mangoes – Charts

Flawed Mangoes come through with Charts, an indie alternative record that sounds like a band making music entirely on their own terms and being genuinely unbothered about where that lands commercially.

A song that moves on a textured, guitar-driven production with an energy that sits somewhere between relaxed and purposeful, the kind of track where the arrangement feels thought through without sounding like anyone was overthinking it while the tape was rolling. The record has that specific indie quality where the imperfections are clearly intentional and the whole thing ends up being more interesting because of them rather than despite them.

This artist keeps building a creative identity around music that does not try to fit neatly into what is currently working for other people, putting out releases that feel like they come from a genuine creative conversation happening between people who actually like being in a room together making things. They are the kind of act that tends to build a small but very real audience that sticks around because the music keeps delivering something that feels personal rather than produced.

A rewards repeat plays in a way that not everything does, the kind of track that sounds slightly different each time depending on what you bring to it that day.

Stay Tuned and Enjoy!
