Elara Faith – Tetelestai (It Is Finished)

Elara Faith reaches for one of the most theologically loaded phrases in all of scripture with Tetelestai (It Is Finished), a worship record that takes Christ’s final words on the cross and builds an entire atmosphere of redemptive certainty around them.

Tetelestai moves through a reverent and beautifully constructed worship production that starts in a place of quiet solemnity before expanding into something more triumphant as the full weight of the finished work of the cross settles into the arrangement, creating a listening experience that mirrors the theological journey from sacrifice to victory without rushing either side of that movement. The vocals carry a worshipful awe throughout and the lyrical direction stays anchored in the cross with the kind of doctrinal intentionality that makes the song feel like it was written to be sung in a moment of genuine reckoning rather than casual background worship.

Elara Faith has been developing a presence in the contemporary Christian worship space with releases that demonstrate a clear theological depth behind the songwriting, attracting listeners who want worship music that engages both the heart and the mind rather than settling for one at the expense of the other. Their work reflects an artist who takes the weight of the words they are singing seriously, which is increasingly rare and increasingly valuable in a worship landscape crowded with surface level production.

This track carries the kind of settled finality that the word tetelestai itself demands, leaving the listener with a sense that something has been declared over them that no circumstance has the authority to undo.

Listen and Enjoy!
