Lamboginny – Still Becoming

Lamboginny takes a step inward with Still Becoming, a Nigerian reggae and conscious music record that speaks to the ongoing process of growth with the kind of grounded honesty that only comes from someone who has actually been through something.

This music moves through a warm reggae influenced production with steady rhythms and soulful instrumentation that creates a reflective atmosphere perfect for the lyrical territory the song explores. The vocals carry a mature ease throughout and the message of Still Becoming centres on the idea that becoming who you are meant to be is not a destination but a continuous journey, which lands with real weight because Lamboginny delivers it like someone speaking from lived experience rather than borrowed wisdom.

This great star has spent years carving out a respected space in Nigerian reggae and conscious music, building a catalogue that consistently prioritises meaningful content over commercial shortcuts and earning a loyal audience that values artists who actually have something to say. His influence in the Nigerian alternative music space is genuine and this release adds another chapter to a body of work that keeps growing in both depth and reach.

This track is the kind of song that sits well with quiet mornings and honest conversations with yourself, offering something worth returning to whenever life reminds you that the work of becoming never really stops.

Listen and Enjoy!
